Carrier Trademark & Service Notices

Flutter Freight is an independent technology platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the carriers named below unless expressly stated. Every carrier name, logo, and mark referenced anywhere in the Flutter Freight platform or on this page is the property of its respective owner and is used solely to identify the carrier services available through your own connected carrier account — never as an endorsement, and never with an implied license beyond what the carrier itself has granted. Flutter Freight uses text carrier names only; carrier logos are not used unless a carrier has separately licensed that use.

How rates and services are shown

Every rate, service option, and tracking event you see in the Service comes directly from a carrier account that you connected using your own credentials, under your own agreement with that carrier. Flutter Freight does not set, mark up, or negotiate any carrier’s pricing — it displays exactly what the carrier returns for your account. Any ordering or filtering of results (for example, by price) is a neutral, automated display and is not an endorsement or ranking of any carrier by Flutter Freight.

FedEx

The FedEx service marks are owned by Federal Express Corporation and are used by permission.

FedEx service names (including FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight) are trademarks of Federal Express Corporation. Use of the word “insurance” in connection with FedEx services is avoided per FedEx’s guidance; the correct term is “declared value.”

UPS

UPS, the UPS brandmark, and UPS service names are trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. UPS and the UPS brandmark are used, and the UPS Technology is accessed, under agreements between you (as the UPS account holder) and UPS, and are subject to UPS’s terms.

Other carriers

  • USPS — USPS® and the Sonic Eagle logo are registered trademarks of the United States Postal Service and are used with permission. USPS service names (including Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and USPS Ground Advantage) are trademarks of the United States Postal Service.
  • DHL Express — DHL and the DHL logo are trademarks of Deutsche Post AG. No license to the DHL name or logo is given or implied by their reference here.
  • Old Dominion Freight Line — Old Dominion and the OD logo are trademarks of Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc.
  • Estes Express Lines — Estes and the Estes logo are trademarks of Estes Express Lines.
  • Saia LTL Freight — Saia and the Saia logo are trademarks of Saia Inc. Saia grants no right or license to its marks by their reference here.
  • TForce Freight — TForce Freight and the TForce logo are trademarks of TFI International Inc. and its affiliates.
  • XPO, Inc. — XPO and the XPO logo are trademarks of XPO, Inc.
  • R+L Carriers — R+L Carriers and the R+L logo are trademarks of R+L Carriers, Inc.
  • Peninsula Truck Lines and Oak Harbor Freight Lines — each name and logo is the trademark of its respective owner.
