Partner Program Terms
Effective date: 2026-08-18
These terms govern the Flutter Freight Partner Program. Applying to the program means you agree to them.
1. The commission
You earn a one-time commission equal to 100% of your referral’s first month at their tier’s standard monthly price — any tier, including annual plans. Commissions are always calculated on the subscription price excluding any taxes the customer is charged. If the customer’s first payment (after discounts, excluding taxes) is less than that, the commission equals what they actually paid. Overage charges, upgrades, and renewals never earn commission, and each referred company earns a commission once.
2. How referrals count
Your link sets a 60-day cookie in the visitor’s browser. If they sign up and pay within those 60 days, the referral is yours. If more than one partner refers the same visitor, the most recent link wins.
3. The 60-day hold
Commissions are held for 60 days after your referral’s first payment. If they’re still an active, paid customer on day 60 — no refund, no chargeback, no cancellation — the commission is released. Otherwise it’s voided.
4. Payouts
Released commissions are paid monthly by PayPal to the PayPal email on your application. Commissions are paid gross: you participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, and you are responsible for your own income and self-employment taxes. US partners earning $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before further payouts; we file Form 1099-NEC as required.
5. No self-referrals
You can’t earn a commission on your own company, your employer, or an account you control.
6. No branded search ads
You may not run paid search or paid social ads targeting “Flutter Freight” or misspellings of it, and you may not link paid ads directly to flutterfreight.com.
7. Disclose the relationship
If you promote Flutter Freight in content, disclose that you may earn a commission (an FTC requirement).
8. Fraud
We may void referrals and remove partners for self-referrals, fake signups, spam, or anything else deceptive.
9. Changes
We may change or end the program with notice on this page. Commissions already released are always paid.
